The joint stock company ZDAR was founded in May the 11th, 1992 but the developed concept of logistics and transport services continues on more than 50 years old history of the state enterprise ČSAD Žďár na Sázavou.

ZDAR business activities are specialized in providing of road transport services. This includes road haulage and also public mass transport.

Leaders of business activities are:

Road haulage - which includes following activities: pickup service of piece goods, transportation of truck loads, jumbo truck loads, bulk and liquid material, special transportation.

Passenger transport - including public transport, city mass transport, provision of travel agency. Territory of public transport covers the whole district of Žďár nad Sázavou and connects people there with main cities in the whole Czech Republic.

You can see very good look of own car fleet in the company what is locking by own garage service. Also locking are trucks and buses of another business partners. Big part of garage services business is sale of fuel on 5 of our own petrol station and the tyre repair shop.

Sphere of transport directions covers the district Žďár nad Sázavou, Czech Republic and the whole Europe, international forwarding ensures also sea and air freight for our customers. There are more than 400 workers employed and the year turnover makes approx. 17 mil EUR at present.

All the transport and logistics services are certified ISO 9001 by the DEKRA Certification s.r.o. since the year 1999.

The name of affiliated company is AUTOBUSY VYSOČINA Ltd. and its importance consists of the separation of book-keeping of the passengers transport between public transport and other mass transport. The public mass transport comes under the interest of the Czech government and is allocated.

TRANSPORT UP TO 90 M3 OF THE VOLUME

Overall dimensions of the classic three axial platform semi-trailer are:

Loading tonnage: 27 tons

Sizes of load floor: 13,6 x 2,48 m

Platform height: 2,7 m

Armatures and chuck belts for fixing of the load, inside plates for the prevention against tarpaulin´s bulge, convertible tarpaulins and air spring suspension belong to the standard equipment of the classic three axial semi-trailer.

The trucks are equipped with the system GPS which shows the truck´s location during the transport and with the mobile phones for the direct connection with the central dispatch.

SCHWARZUELLER and SCHMITZ marks of trailers and SCANIA mark of the truck guarantee the technical quality and reliability during the transport.

Disposing of better part of semi-trailers like trucks is an advantage by the offering of the independent loading at the customer or lending the trailer for short time storage of the goods or packaging material in the warehouse of the customer.

CARGO TRANSPORT OVER 90 m3

In addition to the usual sizes of the cargo our clients needs to transport theirs products with the bigger dimensions and lower weight.

Then we offer transport of the goods with our oversize trailers with the 100 m3 capacity of the volume or use the semi-trailers with the 115 m3 capacity of the volume. The mark of the trucks is SCANIA and the chassis trademarks are SCHWARZMUELLER and PANAV. The maximal loading tonnage of both is 27 tons.

Cartage Of The Raw Cow's Milk

CARTAGE OF THE RAW COW´S MILK belongs to the most technological pretentious transport activities which ZDAR provides. We suit the cartage to the technological process in the food production. We make a question of the milk´s attribute, unbroken production´s continuance, limited storage.

ZDAR offers to each customer following individual services:

Calculation and optimization of the milk tours

Selection of the car fleet for transport on the lowest cost and with the highest effective of each tour

Equipment and system installation for the dairy

Transport of the milk

The transport of the milk includes a few single steps - pick up of the milk at the agronomical manufactures, collecting into the tank, short time storage and transport to the dairy works for further production. At the present time we are using following car fleet but according to our client´s demands is the count of the cars constantly growing:

10 pcs of trucks - SCANIA P 124, SCANIA 146, Tatra 815

9 pcs of trailers - BSS, PANAV, Schmitz

1 pc of semi-trailer - NK 34.28.24.ACD (25 000 l)

1 pc of semi-trailer - Jansky (28 000l)

1 pc of semi-trailer - Cardi (31 000l)

Technological equipment:

There are the stainless steel tanks, with the 9000 or 15000 m3 of the volume, made in HLW Nordwalde Germany (Walter Jansky), truck mounted on the SCANIA´s chassis. Each tank is divided into three detached lumber-rooms.

For long way transport we use also the 20 000 litre stainless steel trailer tanks. The trailer is divided into three detached lumber-rooms. The superstructure of the trailer is insulated and enables short time storage of milk. The tanks are equipped with the compressors with the pump power of 30 000 litres of milk in one hour and driven with the diesel engine or electro-traction.

Milk is measured with the magneto-inductive system. At the same time is measured not only the volume but also the temperature of milk.

The dairies require the automatically taking of samples of each supplier and from the whole tank for theirs laboratory and for the veterinarian controls of milk. The room of the car with the equipment of taking milk samples (MITEX) is air-conditioned all year long.

The whole process of the cartage, milk pumping, taking of samples and cleaning of the tank is recorded by the ULTRAKUST MAK 3002 computer data processing system which was developed in the BARTEC company in Germany. This computer edits the delivery note to every supplier. Suppliers are recognized with GPS satellite system, radio-transmitter on the top of the truck automatically sends the measured data directly to the dairies.

At the providing of the raw milk transport ZDAR is very uncompromising look after the observance of all veterinarian and hygienic instructions necessary for the cars and for the staff. The staff is being kept educated and certified of their work, healthy certified, educated in using of the car´s equipment and of technological processes at loading and discharge of the transported milk.

Liquid's Material Transport

By the providing of the liquid material transport we are able to offer transport and supplying of the petrol stations with fuel in the regime of dangerous goods transport as per ADR agreement and also the transport of food-stuff, for example the mineral and vegetable oils, beverage syrups and raw or adapted cow milk.

Transport in the regime of adjustable temperature means the transport with the refrigerator trailer´s, for example transport of the tropical fruit in winter or transport of raw meat in the summer, and the transport of milk products in the isothermal trailers.

Transport of white-hot ingots is very special kind of transport which we are providing for one of our customer, big engineering manufacture, which needs to transport this white-hot ingot to the second cooperating manufacture for next forging in the production. Such transport saves a lot of costs for refrigerating of the ingot and again arriving of the white-hot temperature.

The complete services by the transport of the oversize´s loads comprehend looking for advisable roads, requisite formalities dispatch, interlocking of loading, policy and own attendance during the transport.

We are offering the wrecking truck services provided with the Tatra 815 and AV 15 crane´s superstructure and used by the accident liquidation or retraction of the trucks and buses.

Transport Of The Bulk Material

By the transport of bulk material we provide special tipper bulk silo-trailers with the 56 and 60 m3 cargo´s volume capacity and SCANIA trucks equipped with the tipper hydraulic, power compressors (for bulk´s translocation from trailer´s silo to customer´s storage bin), GPS satellite location´s pursuance (of the truck during the transport) and with the mobile phones (for the connection between the crew and the central dispatch).

Depended of the transported bulk material but we generally offer transport of the food-stuff and transport of the chemical dangerous goods. For the transport of the bulk food-stuff ZDAR guarantees whole responsibility for all hygienic and veterinarian licences and car´s set out for the transport of chemical dangerous goods according to the ADR agreement.

Your bulk material will not be transported before thoroughgoing washing out of the silo-trailer. You will get the certification about the professional cleaning and authorization. ZDAR provides it only for several materials, other bulk material in the cooperation with others professional companies.

Pickup system components are:

Short time warehousing before shipping of goods or before the delivery of the goods to the consignee Administration of transport packaging Packing of deliveries Courier service by our own parcel delivery vans and fast trucks ZDAR daily picks up the goods at the clients and bring into the transloading centre in Žďár nad Sázavou, collects for the next transportation to the transloading centre. To our clients belong also manufacturing enterprises in the region, which needs to get their products to the shopkeepers or other purchaser in the whole Czech Republic.

PICKUP SERVICE FOR SLOVAKIA, GERMANY AND WHOLE EUROPE

Warehousing And Storage Area's Lease

Areal SBS ZDAR provides a comprehensive spectrum of transport, logistics and warehousing services.

The total storage area covers 10 000 m2 and a half of it is represented by covered halls of the 3000 palette´s places capacity. The halls are equipped with the covered ramps, with the Linde manipulation´s technique and with the computer technique on the highest level.

The key´s warehousing services represent:

Collection and assort of the goods according to client´s order

Inventory of the goods with the bar codes

Consolidation, handling, divorcing and packing of the goods

Distribution to the consignee (pickup service and bodily truck´s loads)

Customs clearance services

Private or public bonded warehouse services

For customers who are using bonded warehouse´s service, ZDAR also vouches for the payment of duty and VAT to the customs office in the full highness of the virtual duty dept on the bonded goods.

Storage area´s lease

The good location of the warehousing area in Žďár nad Sázavou enables to rent the storage places of some of our customers and make their own import, wholesaler or bigger shop. To show a reference of our good services we can name our biggest customer for warehousing, the HI-TEC representation for middle and eastern Europe (www.hi-tec.cz). For these customers we are also providing whole import cargo´s transport, customs declaration, logistics and distribution in the Czech Republic and Europe. The whole storage locality is fenced, secured with the technical interlocking plant and with people´s security (together with the dog). It is possible to work under reduced visibility here. In the locality is enough parking places for passenger´s cars and trucks.
